Yes, though on older versions some changes are only solved by upgrading. We'll say so if that's the case.
Do you uninstall modules?
We don't touch the shop. We say what to remove and why, and review it afterwards.

Only if the platform blocks business decisions. Otherwise, we fix what's there.
