Consulting
You don't need more reports. You need judgement.
Sometimes you don't need execution, you need to understand and decide.
Let's talk about your projectWhy it matters now
There are plenty of reports. Judgement is scarce.
In SEO and visibility it is easy to pile up reports, tools and opinions that contradict each other. The hard part is knowing which of it matters, in what order, and when it is better to touch nothing.
That is the part you miss most when there is a big decision on the table. A migration, a drop, an investment, a plan someone sold you and you don't know whether it holds up.
What it is
It is the judgement layer, and it runs across everything else.
It doesn't depend on being in one channel. It is looking from a distance, understanding what is really happening and deciding with data. It is the most senior part of what we do, and often the most profitable, because it avoids months of work in the wrong direction.
When you need it
- 01
There is a big decision
A migration, a redesign or an investment that, done badly, costs a year of recovery.
- 02
Everyone has a theory
Traffic has dropped and there are as many explanations in the room as people sitting in it.
- 03
The plan doesn't add up
You have a proposal on the table and you need someone to tell you whether it holds up.
How we work it
Depending on what you need to know or decide. We choose the front to start with in the first conversation, and often one is enough.
Consulting and strategy
When you need to set the course, with someone who has seen the same problem before.
SEO audit
When you need an honest picture of the real state, with priorities, and with what we won't touch stated too.
Traffic-drop diagnosis
When you have dropped and each person in the room has a different theory. We find the cause before someone improvises.
Mentoring and second opinion
When you already have a team and only need senior judgement to validate or correct what you are about to do.
Studies with our own data
When you want to understand your market with evidence instead of intuition, and back a public conversation.
Neuromarketing and qualitative analysis
When the problem isn't traffic, but how your customer decides. Eye tracking and user observation.
In-house training
We also train your team so the next decision is taken with your own judgement.
How we measure it
The value here isn't a ranking or a click, it is a better decision. We measure it by what you save when you don't execute what wasn't going to work, and by how clearly your team leaves a conversation that had been stuck for months.
- 01
Look
Data, history and business context. No conclusions yet.
- 02
Understand
We discard hypotheses until only the one that explains what you see is left.
- 03
Do
A short, ordered plan, with the urgent separated from the important.
- 04
Measure
We state what has to move to know whether the decision was a good one.
The whole system
Showing up is one part. The other three come with this one.
Ask for a second opinion.
You tell us the decision in front of you, we look at it from a distance and tell you what we'd do. If we think you don't need us, we say so.
